Join us in celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day with a special arts and crafts event designed for elementary-aged kids at the Gordon JCC Madeline Pargh Arts and Crafts Center on Monday, January 15th, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Discover how Tikkun Olam, the Jewish value of making the world a better place, aligns with Dr. King's dream of fairness and friendship.
Families are welcome to participate in an inspiring storytime session that emphasizes the values of tikkun olam, compassion, and unity championed by Dr. King. Following the story, children will immerse themselves in hands-on arts and crafts, crafting meaningful projects reflecting principles of equality and justice.
