Join Melissa Sostrin, baker extraordinaire for a three-part baking series which will demystify classic pastries. With some friendly flour, cold hands, and warm hearts we will prepare apple strudel for our sweet class, flaky Sephardic borekas for our savory class and biscuits with homemade jam, local honey and a democratic pie, (we'll vote to decide which kind we want to make) for our southern class.
